The Miami Dolphins have reportedly hired Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley as their new head coach, pairing him with new general manager Jon‑Eric Sullivan, who came from Green Bay. Hafley, 46, brings college head coaching experience and NFL assistant work to Miami, where he’ll lead a staff overhaul and roster rebuild after parting ways with Mike McDaniel, with Rooney Rule considerations addressed during the candidate process.
