Eagles pivot as Stoutland exits, signaling a reshaped OL team
TL;DR
Philadelphia Eagles confirm OL coach Jeff Stoutland will not return next season after tensions over run-game design changes led by Nick Sirianni; injuries contributed to a stagnant offense, and Stoutland wasn’t consulted on adjustments, prompting his departure. The team is reshaping the staff, naming Ryan Mahaffey run-game coordinator/TE coach and Sean Mannion as OC, in a broader effort to rebuild after a down year for the line.
