"Georgia Football Influence on Eagles' Defense and Draft Picks"
TL;DR
The Philadelphia Eagles can incorporate elements of Kirby Smart's defensive scheme at Georgia, including using a hybrid safety type as the 'Star' in a 4-2-5 formation, playing more 3-4 looks with a MINT front, utilizing athletic players to create chaos in space, and embracing a rotation of nine to 11 players for four spots on the defensive line. The Eagles have added five National Champion defenders from Georgia to their roster over the past two drafts.
