James Paxton's Dominance Sparks Trade Market Speculation
TL;DR
James Paxton continues his resurgent season with a dominant performance against the Toronto Blue Jays, holding them scoreless over 7 2/3 innings. With a 2.70 ERA through nine starts, Paxton's comeback after injury is impressive. The Boston Red Sox, who are still in the playoff race but far behind, may consider trading him at the deadline to capitalize on his value. Despite his injury history, Paxton's strong performance could attract interest from teams in need of high-end pitching.
