TL;DR

NBA analyst Jay Williams wants to stop using the term "Mount Rushmore" to describe the best of the best in sports, as he believes it is not an appropriate metric for success. Williams and his colleague Jalen Rose have both criticized the term, with Rose calling it "offensive" due to the monument being built on land taken from Native Americans. Williams pushed back on Stephen A. Smith's claim that Stephen Curry could knock LeBron James off the NBA's Mount Rushmore if he defeated him in the playoffs.
