Josh McDaniels Addresses Josh Jacobs' Absence from Raiders Minicamp

Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs is the only player not attending the team's mandatory minicamp due to his lack of a long-term contract. Head coach Josh McDaniels stated that the organization was expecting this and respects the negotiation process. Jacobs was one of three running backs to receive the franchise tag this offseason, with only Tony Pollard having signed the tender. Jacobs led the league in rushing yards and yards from scrimmage last year, but the Raiders declined his fifth-year option.
