TL;DR

Kansas guard Kevin McCullar Jr. will not play in the NCAA Tournament due to a knee bone bruise, with coach Bill Self confirming his absence. Despite McCullar's significant contributions this season, his efficiency declined due to the injury, and he will now have to impact the game from the sidelines. Center Hunter Dickinson, on the other hand, is in good shape for the tournament. Either Nick Timberlake or Elmarko Jackson will replace McCullar in the starting lineup for the tournament opener against Samford.
