TL;DR

The Seattle Mariners defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 5-4 in a come-from-behind victory. The Mariners offense struggled against Cardinals starter Miles Mikolas, but Teoscar Hernández hit a two-run homer in the seventh inning to break the tie. Matt Brash struck out the side in the seventh inning, and Paul Sewald earned his sixth save of the season. The Mariners have struggled to find consistency this season, but this win was a weight off their shoulders.
