Mets Activate Minter, Promote Wagaman to 40-Man Roster
TL;DR
The New York Mets reinstated left-hander A.J. Minter from the 60-day IL and added Eric Wagaman to the 40-man roster, while placing Tyrone Taylor on the 10-day IL and optioning Jonathan Pintaro and Nick Morabito; Wagaman has strong minor-league numbers and could bolster a bullpen that Minter will anchor after an injury-plagued stretch, as the team navigates a rough start and looming trade considerations.
