Mike Gundy's Future at OSU Uncertain Amid Contract Restructuring Talks
TL;DR
Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy is finalizing a restructured contract with OSU President Dr. Kayse Shrum and Athletics Director Chad Weiberg, following a special regents meeting. The new contract reportedly includes a reduced salary and monitored control over hiring staff, particularly coordinators. This comes after a disappointing 3-9 season and the firing of two coordinators. Despite the negative publicity, all parties are eager to finalize the contract and begin rebuilding the team's reputation.
