Ohio State QB Kyle McCord seeks new opportunity in transfer portal

Ohio State starting quarterback Kyle McCord has entered the transfer portal after leading the Buckeyes throughout the season. McCord, who waited two years behind C.J. Stroud, threw for 3,170 yards, 24 touchdowns, and six interceptions this season. His decision comes after Ohio State's loss to Michigan, which cost them a College Football Playoff spot. Wide receiver Julian Fleming also announced his entry into the transfer portal.
