Oilers Acquire Picks and Players in Ducks Trade

The Anaheim Ducks have acquired Edmonton’s first-round selection in the 2024 NHL Draft and a conditional fifth-round selection in the 2025 NHL Draft in a three-team trade involving Tampa Bay. Edmonton will receive centers Adam Henrique and Sam Carrick, Anaheim’s seventh-round selection in the 2024 NHL Draft, and the reserve rights to goaltender Ty Taylor. Tampa Bay will receive a conditional fourth-round selection in the 2025 NHL Draft from Edmonton. Ducks General Manager Pat Verbeek expressed the team's desire to add another high draft pick to their core, and Anaheim now owns nine selections in the 2024 NHL Draft.
