TL;DR

The Baltimore Orioles have placed right-hander Dean Kremer on the 15-day injured list due to a right triceps strain, complicating their pitching rotation plans. They have recalled Dillon Tate and Nick Vespi, while Jonathan Heasley has been optioned to Triple-A Norfolk. With John Means also on the IL, the Orioles face challenges in maintaining a six-man rotation during a demanding stretch of games.
