Packers Trusting Young Receivers, Open to Adding Veterans if Needed

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that while the team may look at veteran wide receivers if needed, they are currently letting the young guys compete for playing time. The team has a youth movement in place at the wide receiver position, with several rookies joining the team this year. LaFleur expects to lean on Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs, but everyone will be competing for playing time. The team hopes that the young receivers will grow together with quarterback Jordan Love into a potent offense that can put the team back into the playoff mix.
