Ravens' Next Offensive Frontier: Doyle Could Redefine the Playbook
TL;DR
Declan Doyle, 29, has been hired as the Ravens’ new offensive coordinator. Though he’s never called plays, his background with Ben Johnson in Chicago and five seasons under Sean Payton could guide Baltimore’s 2026 offense toward more creativity, including presnap motion and trick plays, and a broader, more flexible use of Lamar Jackson. The hire comes as Baltimore navigates Monken’s departure, while leveraging cap space and draft assets to rebound this season.
