"Sorting Out the 2023 NBA Draft Order: Updated Lottery Odds and Mock Draft Predictions"
TL;DR
The NBA held tiebreakers for teams that finished with the same record during the regular season, with winners either improving their chances at the No. 1 pick in the lottery or being better positioned in the back half of the first round. The draft lottery is on May 16, and the prize awaiting the winner is Victor Wembanyama, who has been described as the best prospect since LeBron James. The team that wins the lottery could be set up for the next decade-plus with one of the best players in the league.
