TL;DR
Tottenham Hotspur's transfer deal for Radu Dragusin with Genoa was initially rumored to be in chaos due to Bayern Munich's interest, but Spurs have now submitted a formal proposal of €25m + €5m in incentives for the player. A plot twist emerged as exiled fullback Djed Spence was included in the deal, with a proposal to send him to Genoa on loan for the rest of the season. Despite earlier rumors, the deal is now expected to go through, and the inclusion of Spence adds an interesting dimension to the transfer.
