Spurs beat Oklahoma City 111-103 in Game 7 to reach the NBA Finals for the first time since the Tim Duncan era, with Victor Wembanyama scoring 22 and earning the Western Conference Finals MVP and Julian Champagnie draining six 3-pointers for 20 points; Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 35 for OKC but received little help as Luke Kornet delivered a timely late block to seal it. San Antonio will host the Finals against the Knicks on June 3.
