Tragic Sprint Car Crashes Claim Lives of Competitors.

Sprint car competitor Justin Owen has died from injuries sustained in a car crash during the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship at Indiana’s Lawrenceburg Speedway. The event was canceled after Owen's car contacted a wall and flipped multiple times. The 26-year-old was the reigning track champion at Lawrenceburg Speedway and had several other victories throughout his career. USAC and several others have expressed their condolences to his family, friends, and team.
