UConn basketball team faces theft and hotel troubles during Las Vegas trip.

UConn men's basketball team faced travel and accommodation issues during their Las Vegas trip for the Sweet 16 game against Arkansas. The team was assigned to the Luxor Hotel by the NCAA, but many of the players' rooms were not cleaned. The team then moved to Resorts World. During their practice at Thomas & Mack arena, their team bus was robbed, and several personal items were stolen. UNLV police are investigating the theft. Despite these troubles, UConn won the game against Arkansas.
