Cape Town stadium flyover cleared with 41-foot clearance, new data shows

Airlink says two Embraer jets flew a low-altitude stadium flyover before a rugby match in Cape Town, with the operation approved by the national aviation regulator and air-traffic body. Flight data and Flightradar24 analysis indicate the lead aircraft cleared the DHL Stadium roof by about 41–46 feet, while the aircraft traveled roughly 150 knots under the supervision of six senior captains. The regulator has not published the permit details, and Airlink has not disclosed whether passengers were on board.
