CMA Blocks Microsoft and Activision Acquisition Deal.

The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has prohibited Microsoft and Activision from acquiring an interest in each other until the Reference is determined. The CMA blocked the Microsoft-Activision deal in the UK on the basis of unresolved cloud gaming competition concerns. The US FTC, EU, and China are yet to announce their verdict on the deal.
