Tongal is developing a feature film based on Tecmo Bowl, tapping its creator community to reimagine the 1980s football game as a live-action movie with animated gameplay sequences; Bo Jackson is set to be introduced as the first character, and animators are invited to pitch 3D transformations of the original 8‑bit characters, marking Tongal’s expansion into original content after its Piece by Piece collaboration.
