Netflix Expands Gaming Offerings with Sonic Mania Plus and Squid Game Video Game

Netflix announced that Sonic Mania Plus, the hit console game, will be coming to Android and iOS in 2024 as part of its expanding mobile games catalog. The game, developed by Christian Whitehead, Headcannon, and PagodaWest Games in collaboration with Sonic Team, offers players the chance to experience the classic 2D Sonic the Hedgehog gameplay with multiple playable characters and new twists on classic zones. Netflix also revealed several other games coming to its platform in 2024, including GameDev Tycoon, Hades, and a new game inspired by the upcoming Netflix movie Rebel Moon.
