Assassin's Creed Mirage Release Date Leaked by Japanese Retailers

Japanese retailers have leaked the release date of Assassin's Creed Mirage, the upcoming entry in Ubisoft's historical action-adventure series, with a pre-order listing for 12th October. The game features Basim, an Assassin character from Valhalla, in a prequel adventure with a narrower focus and a return to the city-set, stealthy gameplay found in the franchise's origins. Mirage will be the first Assassin's Creed project to launch since Valhalla in 2021, and it was originally planned as an expansion for Valhalla before being spun out into a standalone release.
