The hotfix resolves a blocker in Gale's romance scene, which was playing in a black void, and a fix for Astarian's kissing animations is planned for a future update. The patch notes also include fixes for freezing, crashes, dialogue issues, and visual artifacts. Larian recently announced a physical edition of Baldur's Gate 3 and is set to reveal the Xbox release date at the Game Awards. The game has been a commercial and critical success since its release in August.
