TL;DR

Gearbox Software has delayed the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Borderlands 4 to allow for additional development and polish, with the new release date to be announced later. The delay aims to improve the game's performance and potentially add cross-save functionality, as the game has faced scrutiny for performance issues on other platforms and poor demo impressions on Switch 2.
