TL;DR

Cyberpunk 2077's new 2.2 update introduces extensive character and car customization options, including a "plain-to-punk" slider for character appearance and expanded car paint job features. The update also enhances photo mode with a free camera and the ability to add characters to shots. Additionally, Johnny Silverhand, played by Keanu Reeves, may now appear in the passenger seat while driving. This update marks a significant improvement for the game, which is set to release on Macs with Apple Silicon in early 2025.
