E3 2023 has been cancelled due to lack of sustained interest from major gaming companies, including Nintendo, Microsoft, and Ubisoft. The event was set to take place in Los Angeles in June, but concerns about resourcing challenges and playable demos not being ready led to its cancellation. However, other gaming events like Geoff Keighley’s Summer Game Fest and Microsoft’s Xbox showcase are still scheduled for June. ReedPop and the ESA plan to work together on future E3 events.
