TL;DR

Mortal Kombat 1's upcoming DLC character Ermac has a new Brutality inspired by a nearly 30-year-old Fatality from Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, revealed during a livestream by developer NetherRealm. The redesign of Ermac has addressed previous community backlash, with improvements in design and powers. Ermac's devastating moveset, including teleportation and soul manipulation, is showcased in a new gameplay trailer. Ermac joins Mortal Kombat 1 in Early Access on April 16, with a full release set for April 23, while Kameo character Mavado joins the roster later in May.
