The game features remakes of 16 multiplayer maps from Modern Warfare 2, a wide selection of weapons, and the return of techniques like slide- and reload-cancelling. The event showcased live gameplay on reimagined maps, and the team made adjustments to accommodate the game's advanced movement set. Modern Warfare III will also introduce new maps with each season, and perks have been split into different equipment categories. The game will have 150 health for all players, and a new feature called Tac-Stance allows for a combination of aim-down-sights and hip fire.
