TL;DR

Sledgehammer Games has confirmed that the iconic map Shipment will be returning in Modern Warfare 3, but unfortunately, there are no plans to bring back DLC maps from the original Modern Warfare 2. The developers stated that their seasonal updates will primarily consist of new maps, disappointing some fans who were hoping for the return of popular MW2 maps like Storm. The focus for Modern Warfare 3 is on introducing new maps rather than bringing back old ones.
