TL;DR

Free Radical Design, the studio behind the TimeSplitters franchise revival, appears to have shut down as a result of parent company Embracer Group's restructuring. The studio's website has been replaced with a "404 Company Not Found" message, and employees have posted about it being their last day. This is the second time Free Radical has closed its doors, with the first closure occurring in 2008. Embracer Group's financial difficulties have reportedly impacted the revived studio, leading to its closure.
