TL;DR

Predictions for Pokemon Day 2026 center on the reveal of Pokemon Gen 10 for Nintendo Switch 2, including a new mainline title, the launch of Pokemon Champions (a tournament-focused battle system), updates around Pokemon Pokopia and mobile titles, and ongoing Pokemon Home compatibility improvements. The piece also suggests older mainline remakes are unlikely as Switch 2 titles, with publishers timing releases to avoid GTA 6's launch window.
