"Helldivers 2 Faces Player Decline Amidst Threats and Toxicity"
TL;DR
Helldivers 2, a cooperative third-person shooter by Arrowhead Game Studios, is experiencing a significant drop in player count, down nearly 65% from the previous month. The game’s demanding major orders and shifting balance have frustrated players, leading to a dwindling community. To address this, Arrowhead may need to lower the requirements for major orders to retain its remaining player base. The outcome of the next major order could indicate the game's future trajectory.
