TL;DR

Helldivers 2 has become Sony's biggest-ever PC launch, reaching almost 120k concurrent players on Steam, surpassing even God of War. This day-and-date release strategy for PC from PS Studios seems to be working well, with live service titles like Helldivers 2 launching on PC at the same time as PS5. Despite initial issues, feedback for the game has been positive, and it continues to climb the Steam most played charts.
