TL;DR

Leaked footage of what appears to be a Persona 3 remake and a new Jet Set Radio game has surfaced on Twitter, fueling rumors of modern-day overhauls for both franchises. The Persona 3 footage is receiving scrutiny from fans, but some believe it supports earlier rumors of a remake in development. The Jet Set Radio footage matches previously shown artwork for a reported reboot. Atlus released a new version of Persona 3 Portable in January, while Sega's Jet Set Radio has been largely dormant since 2002.
