LEGO Fortnite: A Metaverse MMO Teaching Wildlife Friendship

Lego Fortnite, a collaboration between Lego and Epic Games, has launched, offering a return to the simpler building-focused gameplay of the early days of Fortnite. The game borrows heavily from Minecraft, allowing players to gather Lego resources, craft tools and structures, and grow and level up settlements. The Lego Fortnite experience is just the beginning, with more Lego-themed games and physical Lego bricks planned for Fortnite. Epic Games is also committed to player safety, implementing parental controls and age ratings, and adjusting its approach to cosmetics. The launch of Lego Fortnite was intentionally timed to maximize engagement after the hugely popular OG season of Fortnite.
