TL;DR

Mafia: Definitive Edition on Xbox Series X|S now has a full 43-achievement list (1000 Gamerscore), and Mafia: The Old Country launches the Man of Honor DLC with seven achievements (240 Gamerscore); both deployments come after a free 60fps update for the Omerta Collection, with no retroactive unlocks and guides available to help players chase the new Gamerscore.
