TL;DR

The new Mario & Luigi: Brothership RPG for the Nintendo Switch offers a familiar yet enjoyable experience, blending turn-based mechanics with platforming. However, the game's performance highlights the aging hardware of the Switch, as Nintendo prepares for a next-gen console release. While Brothership is a welcome addition for fans, its graphics and gameplay feel limited by the current console's capabilities, underscoring the need for a Switch upgrade to fully realize such games' potential.
