TL;DR

Kleavor, the Hisuian variant of Scyther, can now be caught in Pokémon Go through raids. Its weaknesses are Rock, Steel, and Water-types, and its recommended moveset is Quick Attack and Rock Slide. Kleavor's CP ranges from 1717 to 1798, and it can be caught in its shiny form. Kleavor is most likely extinct in the modern-day Pokémon universe and can only be obtained through raids in Pokémon Go.
