TL;DR

The Starry Skies special research quest in Pokémon Go offers players the chance to catch a Cosmog, which can be evolved into a Solgaleo or Lunala. The quest is a branching one, with players having to choose between the Daytime Path or the Nighttime Path. Both paths lead to a Cosmog encounter, but the challenges and rewards differ. Players can purchase an additional run through for the quest until June 25th.
