"Maximizing Your WoW Dragonflight Experience: Tips and Tricks for Upgrading and Farming Essential Items"
TL;DR
Primordial Stones and Onyx Annulet are a new catch-up system in WoW Dragonflight Patch 10.0.7 to help players get their AOTC and Keystone Master achievements. Upgrading Primordial Stones can increase their item level up to 424 by using Unstable Elementium and Dormant Primordial Fragments. The item level of Onyx Annulet is based on the item level of Primordial Stones, so upgrading them is crucial.
