TL;DR

Wizards of the Coast updated the Commander Brackets system for Magic: The Gathering, clarifying match durations and removing tutor restrictions, while also rolling back some cards and commanders from the Game Changers list to better align with format philosophy. They are considering future changes like hybrid mana rules and silver-bordered cards, with community feedback expected before implementing any new policies in early 2026.
