TL;DR

The new Rares in March of the Machine, Voldaren Thrillseeker and Yargle, can create a two-card death combo that deals 20 damage in one turn. However, the combo is easy to disrupt and requires a lot of mana, making it unlikely to become a problem in competitive play. The combo may be more prevalent in the Prerelease weekend due to the slow and underpowered format.
