MW4 Debuts Day-One on Switch 2 Alongside Current-Gen Platforms

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is officially revealed for Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC with a single-player campaign, a DMZ mode, and traditional multiplayer. The Switch 2 port is built in-house with help from Digital Legends, and the game introduces a deterministic ballistics system and a new “dynamic battleground” called Kill Block across 12 core 6v6 maps. MW4 launches October 23 and will not come to Game Pass, marking the first mainline COD to skip PS4/Xbox One; PC performance will be tuneable by Beenox and partners.
