Nintendo's Everybody 1-2-Switch! Game Faces Controversy Over Unfiltered Photo Uploads
TL;DR
Nintendo's new game Everybody 1-2-Switch! allows players to upload any photo as a player icon, but there is no filtering in place to prevent offensive imagery. This has caused issues on streaming sites like Twitch, where streamers have to manually check each participant's profile photo. While the game supports up to eight players locally, up to 100 players can participate with a compatible smart device and internet access.
