"Palworld: Record-Breaking Sales and Player Numbers on Steam"
TL;DR
Palworld, an Early Access game, has sold over 4 million copies in three days and achieved the second-highest concurrent player base on Steam, trailing only PUBG: Battlegrounds. Despite controversy over alleged Pokemon character similarities and AI use, the game's popularity continues to soar, surpassing titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Elden Ring. Developer Pocket Pair has yet to publicly address the accusations.
