TL;DR
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are hosting special event raids where players can defeat the Treasures of Ruin to earn shiny legendary Pokemon, which will be distributed as Mystery Gifts after a cumulative defeat goal is reached. The event runs from July to September, with different shiny legendaries appearing in scheduled Tera raids, and players can claim their rewards through in-game Mystery Gifts.
