"Possible Leak: Left 4 Dead 3 referenced in Counter-Strike 2 files"
TL;DR
References to "Left4Dead3" have reportedly been found in CS2 files, with the severity listed as "high" but the priority as "none". Rumors of a new Left4Dead game have been circulating for years, with Valve denying any development in the past. However, speculation suggests that the project was shelved until Source 2 was available, and may become active again after its testing and full shipment.
